
Fresh Rosemary from the garden

This is a favorite family dish that I make often. It's Rosemary chicken with new potatoes, carrots and onions. Don't forget the Rosemary!!! I also add some butter and EVOO sprinkled over everything. Then a little salt and pepper. Throw it in the oven for 2 hours (usually 30 minutes per pound in the oven) and wha-la! Enjoy.
