Healthy Spagettios
Every American kid loves Spagettios, right? :) Well, here's a quick and easy recipe for a healthier alternative...
You'll need some alphabet pasta like the picture as well as a can of tomato sauce. If you buy the unsalted kind, make sure to add a little salt for flavor. We also add kelp granules for a better source of iodine.

Warm your sauce in a saucepan.

Boil your pasta. I like to add a little olive oil or grapeseed oil as well as a pinch of salt to the water for flavor. I do this with all my pastas and watch it carefully to catch it at just the right point where it's "perfect-o". :) You know, not undercooked and not overcooked.

Wha-la! Quick and simple Spagettios without all the added, junky ingridients.

Lunch is served!
