An Evening With Joel Salatin
My friend Monica (Creator of Molly's Suds...an awesome, safe laundry detergent that works and smells amazing!) and I attended a talk by Joel Salatin this past week. It was an awesome time and I really enjoyed hearing him speak, meeting him face-to-face, asking him questions about pasture cropping and his faith. I got two books signed and a photo taken with him. I asked the camera man if this would be "YouTubed" and he said yes. You can actually hear us chatty girls in the background as we were sitting right below the camera.
What a fun evening of good, local food and some great advice with Mr. Salatin!
