Character Breakfasts
I've been working hard this summer to put together a great character program. As I've shopped around, I couldn't find anything that I really liked and was BIBLICALLY based, which was of utmost importance. I wouldn't teach character without basing it on God's Word. Any child can learn how to share a toy because it's the "nice" thing to do, but I want it to be so much deeper than that. We share toys because God tells us "Blessed are the peacemakers" in His Word. Anyway, I've enjoyed making this curriculum and matching reading books, coloring pages, fun activities, Bible verses, etc. to our character traits. We have our Bible time in the morning at breakfast, hence why my kids are in PJs. :) Enjoy!
