As some of you already know, we've been (possibly) expecting puppies for a few weeks now. We weren't 100% sure our sweet dog Riley was prego, but we're definately sure now! She's getting plump and losing fur on her tummy (to feed her babies). She's also a little moody and VERY hungry for people food (very is an understatement...she'd do anything for people food and has become quite sneaky as well). We're expecting the puppies on April 15th (tax day) or the few days following so you'll have to stay tuned for updates on their arrival. This week, we collected a refrigerator box from a local appliance store to make a puppy motel. The stores do give them away for free and we also got another one to build a small "house" on our back porch. The kids have had fun painting their house and putting furniture in it.
