Cold and Flu Season Is Here

Thought I'd post some fun videos today for some natural ways to help prevent and treat germies that are around this time of year. Shoshanna has LOTS of great, free videos on You Tube, but beware...if you're new to natural remedies, you may want to grab a pen and pad of paper to jot down procedures, recipes and measurements, directions, etc.
