Florida's Springs

If you haven't started planning already, it's probably on your mind. Many families that we know (as well as ourselves) love taking some time off of work to spend with family and relax. The question is, where do you like to do it? Our family has always enjoyed the outdoors, canoeing, snorkeling, fishing, hiking, tubing, campfires, etc. and I found a neat video that shows some of Florida's beautiful springs. We're not 100% sure of where we'll be spending our family time this year, but the thought of spending it in a cabin near one of our springs sounds simply delightful.
