Making Homemade Butter and Buttermilk

Our local milk

In the food processor for approx. 8-10 minutes (depends on how much butter you're making).

Wha-la! Butter! :) Drain the butter in a fine strainer and the liquid left over is buttermilk. If I have large quantities, I freeze them in ziplocks.
