Thinking About Where Our Food Comes From...

I'm still in the process of finding out where I can purchase this movie. I'm going to call around today and I'll let you know. Oh wait! Never mind. Blockbuster carries it. I'm going out tonight to rent it.

I was out with some girlfriends the other night when one mentioned this movie. I was interested. Now I'm VERY interested. I also received one of three books I ordered in the mail (got them used off of Amazon) this week. The title is The Backyard Homestead by Carleen Madigan and I'm 1/4 of the way through it. It's a fantastic book. I also ordered one about growing grains and how to use your own grains for baking and making pasta, etc. There's another homesteading one I ordered, but it hasn't come in yet.
