This is a neat story...
Two Days ago, I had a tooth chip and when I say 'chip', I mean that half of it fell out. I have always taken good care of my teeth (brushing twice a day and flossing everyday), but any dentist will tell you that bad teeth can be hereditary. Anyway, yesterday morning, I called my dentist to see if they could fit me in to do something with it. (I wasn't expecting to get everything done that I was able to.) They said they could fit me in and Rob was so sweet to stay at home with all four little ones (I was babysitting that day for a 7-month-old that I watch). He took on the day like a champ and even helped me around the house, getting things done. I took off for my appointment and four hours later I was able to come home with a brand new, spankin' tooth! (I got a crown and a root canal.) The whole time, I was worried about how much this was costing us. I won't say how much, but let's just say it was a pretty penny!
Now here's the amazing part, not only was my husband able to stay at home with the kiddos for four hours (not to mention how much he helped out around the house!), but an anonymous couple gave us some money at Christmas time because they felt that God wanted us to have that money. Well, it just so happend that my tooth broke this week and that generous gift was enough to cover it! I even told my hygenist, "This is a God-thing!" I didn't give her details, but the fact that God knew we would need that and He provided it just astounds me.
God is good, all the time.
