Yes, friends. This is my dad. =) He's so full of life and this picture says it all don't you think? He's giving Lincoln a high five.
Some of the eggs we dyed. Nothing fancy...common, we have a 3-year-old and a 1-year-old! =)
The "Linkster" dyeing eggs. It was more like he threw them into the bowls! When we took him to church that evening, the nursery workers looked at his hands and said, "Let me guess, dyeing eggs?" Yepper.
Here are a few pictures of Easter. No, I didn't take a photo of the kids dressed and ready for church (in a hurry). Bummer, cause they looked cute too, but here are some others of us at my parents' house that evening (dinner and egg hunt) and of the kids dyeing eggs on Good Friday. Rob's company shuts down on Good Friday (surprising because most companies don't and I think it's terrible), so we're always able to spend the day in reflection as a family and attend church. We're so grateful. I taught my usual Sunday School class (three-year-olds) and then we had a wonderful time of praise and worship in church. We then headed up to my parents' after naptime and had a nice dinner and an egg hunt. What an amazing thing that we worship a RISEN Savior!
