HAPPY 30TH ROB!

Rob and the kids with Avonlea's cake she pretty much made by herself. We wrapped his gifts with plain paper so the kids could decorate them. He got a piano book with songs by Peter Citera in it. Gotta love the 80s! We also got him a football (can't believe he didn't own one before now), some nice smelling men's shampoo/body wash, Avonlea insisted on buying him a flashlight (?) and some baseball shorts from his favorite team (the Rays).

Yes, folks. That's right. My incredible husband turned the BIG 30 this past Saturday and I honestly have to say that he took it well. I think I'll be the one having a harder time with it, but I still have some time.
The kids and I had fun decorating the house, baking a cake and wrapping his gifts on Friday while he was at work. Then, we had a nice dinner at Outback that night followed by a trip to Blockbuster for a movie. On Saturday, which was his actual birthday, my mom was so awesome to watch the kids for us while the two of us had a day to ourselves, shopping for work clothes for Rob, running an errand, catching a movie he had been wanting to see and then back to get the kiddos. It was a fun day.
Happy 30th Sweetheart. I Love you!!!
