Living Up to Lyrics

I wanna set the world on fire
Until it's burning bright for You
It's everything that I desire
Can I be the one You use?I, I am small butYou, You are big enoughI, I am weak butYou,
You are strong enough to
Take my dreams
Come and give them wings
Lord with You
There`s nothing I can not do
Nothing I cannot do
I wanna feed the hungry children
And reach across the farthest land
And tell the broken there is healing
And mercy in the Father`s handsMy hands my feet
My everything
My life, my loveLord, use meI wanna set the world on fire
I wanna set the world on fire, yeahI`m gonna set the world on fire
Set the world on fire

This is a song by Britt Nicole who is a Christian music artist. I've always loved this song because I feel like it relates to who I am as a person. These lyrics are how I want to live my life, but at this point in my life, I often get discouraged at how I can follow through. The fact that I have two, young children often makes me feel as though I'm held back and unable to do some of the things that I've been wanting to do as service for the Lord. I've always been a busy, on-the-go girl (yes, only 1 week after my c-section with Lincoln, I was back in the car and driving around to activities). There are days that as a stay-at-home mom, I feel lonely and unappreciated. This song always gets me pumped up to participate in a missions trip or do something great for God and yet I can't just up and leave my family. I have to remember that there is always a time for everything and God reminds us through this verse:

"To everything there is a season,a time for every purpose under the sun. A time to be born and a time to die; a time to plant and a time to pluck up that which is planted; a time to kill and a time to heal ...a time to weep and a time to laugh; a time to mourn and a time to dance ...a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing; a time to lose and a time to seek; a time to rend and a time to sew; a time to keep silent and a time to speak; a time to love and a time to hate; a time for war and a time for peace."
Ecclesiastes 3:1-8
