House rented out...score!

I'm so excited!!! We FINALLY rented out our house and the renters are perfect. God knew who we needed. She's a young college student going to USF downtown here majoring in Education. Her parents are paying for the rent which is great...we know it will get taken care of. She loves to garden and do yardwork including maintaining our new lawn, roses and etc. We're still sacrificing financially due to what she's paying and what our actual mortgage is, but we're not complaining. At least it's done and we have to be out by June 5th at the latest. We'll be packing and moving things for the next few weekends and then it's BABYTIME! Talk about cutting it CLOSE. Just thought I'd share the good news. :)
